Cavallino Treporti - Venice
The presentation of this creature required a specific context, unique in its kind in this area, where the raw flavour of industrial archaeology meets the charm of the modern. That is why we asked to have the refrigerating rooms of the Tenuta Agricola del Cavallino, built in 1943 and used until the late '60ies to store the fruit grown on the lagoon area.
